A. Will you come on site to help with downtime with a quick response
time?
We will do whatever it takes to get to you as soon
as possible. We will garantee a call back within a hour, e-mail support
within 2 hours, and on site support withing 4 hours of your emergency
problems. If you own a BDR device you can be back up in case of a crash within minutes.
B. Does Visionary Solutions sell hardware?
Although this is not our primary focus as we are a support team,
we do sell components for repair or those requesting hardware for upgrade purposes.
Our prices are very competetive. Just let us know what you want
and we will take care of the rest.
C. Can you offer garantee's on your BDR (Backup and Disaster Recovery) appliances.
We can garantee our BDR appliances will help you survive any downtime due to server failure.
E. Does Visionary Solutions travel out of the Metro for clients?
Yes, A travel fee of 500 dollars per day will be charged to any clients needing support in places beyond the Kansas City area.
